2015 Michigan Building Code & Energy Code Updates Course - 3 Hours This class will cover the changes for the New 2015 Codes taking effect in Michigan. There is a jump to the 2015 Michigan Residential code, which has all the 2012 & 2015 code changes that will be required. There are also change to the 2012 Commercial Building Code & 2012 Residential Rehabilitation code that have already been in effect. These will be review of the current code to the new code. We will also cover the new MICHIGAN ENERGY CODE. WHAT’S EXEMPT from a permit in the new code? When do you pull a permit? THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY of the new code. How will your existing project be effected by a new code change.

Wow, I learned alot and was vary happy with the whole class. Ed was the most knowledgable trainer and the best class I have been in. He made it easy to understand and gave hand-on advice to make the job easier. Hey - also thanks for the tip on the rrp wipes/floor wipes/hand washing station (you should patent it).
